The Monstera Deliciosa, a houseplant favorite in the Swiss Cheese Plant family, is full of personality. Their broad leaf-span and natural holes (called fenestrations) make for one of our most unique plants. Since Monsteras are used to growing on trees in the tropical forests of South America, they may eventually need extra support in the form of a trellis or moss pole to grow happily in your home. Be sure to choose a spot that allows your new plant friend room to stretch and grow!
