My Uncle Bobby (Robert Arvizu) sent one of her first arrangements to her from Casas Adobes, and it was so beautiful, I started sending her flowers from you as well. My mother passed away after a four year battle with cancer, this past August of 2015. I could always count on flowers from Casas Adobes to put a smile in her heart. I just wanted to let you know what great customer service I received. You wouldn't believe how hard it was to find a vendor in Tucson who answers their phone. Luckily it led me to your company though. The staff picked up right away; they were super friendly; they were very helpful; and took their time helping me get just the right thing for my great uncle's 90th birthday! I didn't feel rushed which was refreshing in this day and age. Not only that, but I was worried that my order might be too last minute for same day delivery. We got this lovely email from a client we sent flowers to and wanted to say thank you so much and share the email with you: 'Dear Bart, Thank your for the lovely flowers. They were the only flowers I received so that was very special. Our friends are scattered all over the country and the world so most of the condolences were in the form of email which is our main communication. We ordered our wedding flowers through Casas Adobes Flower Shop for our wedding in October 2013. I had a wonderful experience working with them. I knew what I was looking for when I first went in, however I had only seen one small picture of something similar online. I showed Sarah at Casas Adobes and she helped me create the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. Then, about 3 weeks away from the wedding, she was easily able to add an extra person to my wedding party. Best of all, she had not tried to change my mind when I explained what I wanted, unlike some of the other flower shops I had visited. Sarah checked in with me several times before the wedding, to confirm delivery times and other details. The flowers were delivered right on time and looked perfect. She was able to create exactly what I had pictured, despite the little information I was able to describe to her. Everything about my experience was stress free and the beautiful flowers topped off the whole wedding. Sarah

I called on Monday to have to you make a flower arrangement for my sister that lives in Tucson. I chose the Autumn Designers Bouquet and was extremely pleased when I got the pictures from her. Firstly, your level of service in every regard was top class - from order to delivery to follow-up - there are a few firms that could learn a great deal from you when it comes to customer service. The quality of the product was first class and better than my Mum and Dad had anticipated or had come to expect from another local firm that I had been using for some time to order my parents flowers and gift baskets. It is worth noting that the reason I went to your firm is that my Mum and Dad had gone to Inglis on my recommendation. Unfortunately they were treated badly but fortunately their next stop was Casas. They were treated with respect and received the highest level of service. So they told me I should be coming to you. Mom says the birthday floral arrangement is absolutely beautiful. She said it is huge, dwarfs her dining room table and makes a beautiful centerpiece.
